Mandatory Requirement from the North Carolina Board of Chiropractic Examiners (NCBOCE)

To obtain certification for a Clinical CA and to be eligible to sit for the exam, you must register with the NC Board of Chiropractic Examiners. 

  • This is separate from registering for the class with the NCCA.
  • Click here and complete steps 2-5 before the deadline listed below for your test date. By registering for class with the NCCA you have already completed the "step one" as referred to on this page.

  • For all questions regarding anything related to the requirements above, including the submission requirements or receipt of required information, please contact the NCBOCE directly at 704-793-1342 or ncboce@ncchiroboard.com.

  • Please Note: The NCCA will not be able to help you in regards to questions concerning the certification application and required documents or verify receipt of these documents.

In-person Class and Test Date: November 9, 2019

  • Board Material and Application Deadline: Friday, October 25, 2019

  • Online Courses Complete Deadline: Monday, November 4, 2019 by 8:00am

Welcome to the New NCCA Education Platform
 
Our records indicate that you have registered for the Clinical Chiropractic Assistant Exam. This course is being held on our new education platform powered by CE21 and we are excited for you to experience it. This course consists of 18 hours online (taken on CE21) and a 6-hour in-person class followed directly by the CA certification Exam.
 
Directions on how to get on this platform are below. PLEASE READ THEM ENTIRELY.
Once on the platform, please read the directions for completing the course entirely as well.
*If you already have a CE21 account simply sign in when prompted.
 
How to Get Started and Make Your CE21 Profile
 
Our new platform requires you to make a profile. Follow the steps below to complete this process and get started.
 
Step One:Please read these step-by-step instructions ENTIRELY:
*This guide uses the X-Ray course as an example in the photos, but the directions apply to all courses on this platform.
 
Step Two:**PLEASE NOTE: When setting up your account you must use an individual email address to sign up.
  • This means DO NOT use an e-mail that is shared with another person.
  • If you do not have one you can make one for free using gmail.com
 
Step Three:Click the link below to begin the online portion of this course.

Tips to enhance your experience on CE21.
 
  • Is your video blurry? Turn HD on! You can find this option on the bottom right corner of the video.
  • This platform works best on a non-mobile web browser.
  • Keep an eye out for alerts that will appear throughout the video at the bottom of the video viewer.
  • After each section is complete you will be able to download a proof of attendance certificate. These are simply for your own records. Your final certificate will be issued by the Board of Examiners upon successful passing of the x-ray exam after the in-person class.
