You will be dealing with two separate organizations: 

NCCA

  • We provide education ONLY.
  • Send Attendance Verification Form to NCCA.
  • Sponsors in-person class prior to test.
  • See step 2

NC Board of Chiropractic Examiners 

  • Must send in Application for CCA Certification to the NCBOCE by provided deadline.
  • Issues certificate upon completion and passing of test.
  • See step1

 

Step 1

Send in Application with accompanied required documents to the NCBOCE (This is separate from registering for the class with the NCCA)

To obtain certification for a Clinical Chiropractic Assistant and to be eligible to sit for the exam, you must register with the NC Board of Chiropractic Examiners. A certification application and required documents must be received by the NCBOCE (Not the NCCA) by July 20, 2018.

Please Note: The NCCA will not be able to help you in regards to questions concerning the certification application and required documents or verify receipt of these documents. 

 

Step 2

CCA Certification: Online Education Links

  • This certification consists of 18 online hours and 6 hours of in-person education, for a total of 24 hours. Below are the links to the 12 webinars that make up the 18 online hours. 
  • Attendance will be recorded by correctly answering questions based on the information provided in each webinar.
  • YOU MUST FILL OUT THE ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION FORM IN ORDER TO RECEIVE CREDIT: 
  • ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION FORM: Click here to download and print. You do not need editing rights to access document, it is not fillable online. You must print and fill out.
  • This form should be faxed or emailed upon completion of ALL questions to 919-832-0611 or rachael@ncchiro.org
  • Answers must be legible for attendance to be awarded and will be sent back if not.

Before you are allowed to take the 6 hour in-person class and exam, we must verify and report to the NC BOCE that you have attended the 18 online hours below. You must complete all online education and fax/email the attendance verification form to the NCCA by 8:00 am, MONDAY, July 30, 2018.

Step 3:

Attend the in-person education and take the exam.

Please note the following:

  • You must complete all 18 hours of online education before taking your 6 hours of in-person education and exam.
  • The NCBOCE will administer the written test after the 6 hours of in-person education.  (More information about this will be sent to you closer to the date).

***If you have problems with the GoToTraining portal, please contact the company directly at 855-352-9003 as the NCCA can not diagnose technical issues with your computer.  There are frequently diagnosed problems from the GoToTraining website, http://support.citrixonline.com/en_US/training/help_files/G2T060002?title=Join+Help%7D#I_can't_join_
