Originally from Roxboro, NC, Heather has her BSBA from East Carolina University with a certificate in business & technical communication. She has been with the NC Chiropractic Association for 10 years but has been involved with chiropractic since her teens when she worked part-time in a chiropractic office. Heather has been married to her husband, Matthew, for 12 years and they have three wonderful little girls. When not in the office, Heather loves to travel, read and craft.

Rachael is originally from Missouri and moved to North Carolina with a B.S. in Public Relations and a minor in Broadcast Media. She studied abroad in Australia where she met her husband, Rhian. Rachael creates and produces the communication pieces you get in your inbox and mailbox from the NCCA. She also makes the Java with Joe and promotional videos that you have seen recently. Rachael is also in charge of new member recruitment and is heavily involved in the CA Academy. She enjoys working out, watching classic movies, and the color pink.

Alexandra or "Sasha" is originally from Moscow, Russia.
She received an International Baccalaureate Diploma in Bosnia and Herzegovina from an international boarding school "United World College" where she lived and studied with students from 90 different countries. She graduated from Methodist University in North Carolina with Magna Cum Laude and the B.A in Business Administration, minors in marketing and resort/club management. She creates and manages Partner and Affiliate Programs, Exhibitors, PAC, Districts and Classified ads. She also creates your weekly Member Memo, new member materials and convention marketing materials and communications. She likes to read, study ancient history and learn about new technology.
