Please note that in order to sit for the Xray certification exam next month you must register with the NC Board of Chiropractic Examiners.  Please consult their website for deadlines and steps to obtain certification:  




Instalment options are available. A cancellation form must be submitted for any registration changes or cancellations. Cancellations received prior to the start of each Module will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after the attendance of one or more classes will incur a $75 cancellation fee.
